inside the boat base has an engine with hatch.
at the top of control room has a rotatable water cannon and in the middle of the boat has too.
at the rear of the boat has a reel with string.

Unfortunately peeron misses the last two pages of the instructions, but when taking a close look at the picture of the complete boat one can kind of figure out where the last bits and pieces have to go.
